FIELD SALES
Job description :
* Responsible for assigned end user accounts in global and large customers and maybe SMB customers with large buying power to attain targeted sales quotas.
* Establishing and developing relationships at top management, CIO or Procurement with target accounts.
* Understand how markets and competitors will influence the selling of Lenovo products and services.
* Coordinate all of the major activity at most large customers, but may play a secondary role in smaller customers.
* Interacts with cross-functional groups to solve business and customer issues.
* Develop and execute sales accounts plans through effective management and supporting strategies with Inside Sales to ensure deal closures
Job requirement :
* Possess a diploma or degree, preferably in Engineering or Business with minimum 3 years’ sales experience with strong selling skills in IT industry.
* Have excellent customer relationship management skills and a strong desire of goals winner by exceeding sales target.
* Team player and excellent communication skills are essential.
* Possess a passion for the sales profession to motivate and lead the sales team to drive in exceeding the sales target.
* Able to identify business opportunities and act on them to fruition with an excellent track record of sales achievements.
* Excellent communication skills in both Indonesia and English language
